Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.1 – New Characters, Missions, and Events
Honkai: Star Rail is set to launch Version 3.1 on February 26, bringing two new 5-star characters, a Trailblaze mission, a new city, and exciting limited-time events.

New Relics & Ascension Materials
The update introduces Tears of Souls, a special item to ascend characters faster. New Relic Sets and materials will also arrive, along with returning boss challenges like Hoolay and Cirrus.
What’s Next?
The Amphoreus mystery continues, with Anaxa and Castorice confirmed as upcoming 5-Star characters. Future updates may also introduce Hyacine, Phainon, and Cipher to the roster.
