How to Holster Your Weapon in Cyberpunk 2077

In Cyberpunk 2077, walking around Night City with your weapon drawn can cause panic or even trigger a crime warning. To avoid unnecessary trouble, you can quickly holster your gun or melee weapon by double-tapping the weapon select button:

• PlayStation: Press Triangle twice
• Xbox: Press Y twice
• PC: Press Left Alt twice

Alternatively, you can hold the weapon select button to bring up the weapon wheel and manually deselect your weapon, but double-tapping is the fastest way to put it away.

Keeping your weapon out can make NPCs uneasy and, in some cases, attract unwanted attention from law enforcement. So, make sure to holster your weapon when you’re not in combat to blend in and stay out of trouble!
