Star Wars: Hunters Introduces Deadly New Fighter, Nox, in Latest Update

Players of Star Wars: Hunters can now unlock the skilled Zabrak archer Nox through a brand-new Starter Pack available on Nintendo Switch and mobile devices. This highly anticipated addition brings a fresh challenge to the battlefield, offering players a chance to master her deadly bow and venomous abilities.

A New Warrior Enters the Arena

After multiple delays and a soft launch in select regions, Zynga and NaturalMotion officially released Star Wars: Hunters in June for Switch, Android, and iOS. The game recently expanded to PC via Steam Early Access on January 27, following two successful playtests. Now, players have even more reason to jump into the action with the arrival of Nox, a fierce assassin-for-hire seeking revenge for her kidnapped sister.

Nox belongs to the Damage class, specializing in precision archery and poison attacks. Armed with a bow and toxin-laced arrows, she can weaken enemies over time. She also possesses rocket boots, allowing her to hover and reposition strategically during intense battles.

Star Wars: Hunters Expands With New Content

Nox originally debuted in Star Wars: Hunters Season 4, which introduced a variety of exciting updates, including a new map on Endor’s forest moon and a Scrap Salvage mode, where players compete to collect resources from fallen opponents. Players could previously obtain Nox through the Hunter’s Path system, but now she is available instantly via the Starter Pack.

Despite receiving a mixed critical reception (scoring 60 on OpenCritic), Star Wars: Hunters has built a dedicated fanbase, with Zynga continuing to roll out fresh content. Season 5, titled “Scum and Villainy,” recently introduced Glikkin, a masked Kubaz thief with a cloaking ability, adding even more variety to the game’s roster.

With ongoing updates and an expanding list of characters, Star Wars: Hunters remains a compelling multiplayer experience for Star Wars fans. Whether playing as a Jedi, Sith, Mandalorian, or even a stack of Jawas, the game offers something for every type of warrior in a galaxy far, far away.
